Ben Collins
Professional Performance & Stunt Driver
"The CG lock is a great little device which turns a normal seat belt into a racing harness, simply by tightening the lap belt and holding your body in position. We use it for driving on track, for filming and for precision stunt driving sequences but there are numerous advantages to using it day-to-day.
See us use it in action at www.collinsautosport.com"
Nick Arnold
ARDS professional performance driving instructor
"Just a few short words about the cg-lock. I used the lock for a driving dynamics day at the TRL site at Crowthorne on the 1/2/08. It took about 10 seconds to fit and 2 seconds to release as I moved from car to car, instantly I felt more secure in the passenger seat as an instructor. The training consists of a slalom course being thrown left and right and then pitched forward under heavy braking. Normally You have to brace yourself with your legs and arms as we use standard road cars for the training and at the end of the day my back used to ache with the strain of holding on. However at the end of that days training, no problems. I have also used the lock for my demo runs at Millbrook and I have found that I do not move around in the seat (even leather) enabelling me to concentrate on using the steering wheel as a precise steering instrument rather than something to help stop moving in the seat."
