Made up of more than 1,750 men and women drawn from all walks of life, the BMMC is the leading independent marshals’ club in the world.
All the members of the BMMC and the related British Rally Marshals Club are unpaid volunteers who, nevertheless, pride themselves on their professionalism. Charity Work
Throughout the year you will find the famous CG-Lock® associated with many popular and important causes.
Williams Fund
CG-Lock is a proud sponsor of ‘Williams Fund’ the Charity that raises money for research into Childhood Cancers.
William, a little 4 year old boy (Nephew of one of the CG-Lock Team), was diagnosed with cancer when he was just 2 years old. The Charity was established in February 2001 in memory of William, who died on December 12th 2000 at the age of 4 years and 9 months. William amazed everyone at how he coped, always smiling with a twinkle in his eye that won so many hearts. Since William died, the Charity has raised over £380,000 for The Childhood Cancer Research Fund. The money employs three full time specialist researchers at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. With continued donations and goodwill Williams Fund aim to keep these researchers employed for the foreseeable future.
